Thus room on the 1st floor with sharing washroom and impossible to have rest and sleep enough Positive: Location is good Negative: There is very noisy place with under construction nearby, specific construction cars from early morning till midnight, very noisy neighbours from men’s sharing, maybe drunk with their type of behaviour.

Strongly not recommend Positive: Location is good. Negative: The photos on Booking.com are good and realistic, but there are several important details that were not mentioned — and they would have definitely affected my choice of this accommodation. There is a male shared accommodation with about 16 people living next door, a shared kitchen, and apparently additional sleeping spaces. In reality, it’s difficult to say how many people live in the villa. It’s very noisy — the staff starts working at 6 a.m., breakfast preparations begin at the same time, and early in the morning you can hear singing in the kitchen, possibly from drunk men. It’s impossible to sleep, even during the day. There is almost no supervision, so the noisy behavior of adult men made me feel quite unsafe. The shared bathroom used by many people is a major downside. My room had poor sound insulation — I could hear everything happening behind the door. In the dining area, many guests work on their laptops, even though there’s a separate networking area. Every conversation, every movement around the villa or in the garden is audible — there’s constant activity. By the second morning, I could no longer sleep because of all the noise starting at 6 a.m. Once in the evening time, the staff cleaned the carpet and left a loud drying fan running overnight, which could be clearly heard in my room. Construction vehicles pass by the villa until midnight because there is a hotel construction site nearby, making it very noisy.

Negative: The AC didn’t work, imagine staying in Dubai during summer without AC…so uncomfortable
